At Civistravora, shipping is designed around a straightforward local model: orders are prepared in Hong Kong, delivered only to Hong Kong addresses, and handed directly to the recipient with payment collected at the doorstep. We do not accept orders requiring delivery outside Hong Kong.
This Shipping Policy explains what happens between placing an order and receiving your shoes.
Our Hong Kong Delivery Area
Civistravora currently serves Hong Kong only. An order must contain a valid and sufficiently detailed Hong Kong delivery address for us to proceed with fulfillment.
We do not provide international shipping, cross-border forwarding, or delivery to addresses outside Hong Kong. If an order contains an address beyond our service area, it may be declined or canceled before dispatch.
Customers should provide complete delivery information, including the recipient's name, contact number, building details, floor or unit number where applicable, and any reasonable information required by the courier to locate the destination.
Delivery Comes at No Extra Cost
Every eligible order placed with Civistravora includes free delivery throughout Hong Kong. We do not add a separate shipping, handling, delivery, or Cash on Delivery charge to the order.
The amount displayed for the items in your accepted order is therefore the amount you should prepare for collection at delivery, subject to any order adjustment communicated before dispatch.
Our 2–3 Business Day Delivery Flow
Our normal order-to-door timeline is 2–3 business days.
The process is divided into two stages:

The first business day is deliberately allocated to preparing the parcel. During this period, our team reviews the item against the order information and packages the footwear for courier handling.
Business days exclude weekends and Hong Kong public holidays. Delivery timing may occasionally shift because of severe weather, transport disruption, building access restrictions, incorrect address information, or other circumstances affecting courier movement. Where relevant information is available to us, we will communicate material delivery issues to the customer.
Cash Changes Hands at the Door
Civistravora operates exclusively through Cash on Delivery. We do not currently provide card, electronic wallet, online transfer, or other advance-payment methods for purchases.
When your parcel reaches the delivery address, the full order amount must be paid in cash. Customers should therefore ensure that the required cash is available when accepting the parcel.
Our COD structure allows payment and physical handover to occur together. There are no additional fees for selecting COD because it is our sole purchasing method.
If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery address cannot be accessed, or payment cannot be completed at handover, delivery may be unsuccessful. Where another delivery arrangement is available, its timing will depend on courier operations and communication with the customer.
Changes and Cancellations Before Dispatch
Orders normally take 1 business day to dispatch. A cancellation request can be made during this pre-dispatch period.
Once the parcel has been handed over for delivery, the order cannot be canceled. Customers who need to request cancellation should contact boots@civistravora.com as soon as possible after ordering.
Changes to delivery information should likewise be requested before dispatch. We cannot assure that an address or recipient detail can be altered after the parcel has entered the courier network.
Delivery Information and Hong Kong Privacy Requirements
To fulfill an order, Civistravora may use necessary information such as your name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, order information, and delivery instructions. Relevant details may be shared with personnel and delivery service providers involved in fulfilling the order.
Civistravora handles personal data in accordance with applicable Hong Kong requirements, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Delivery information is used for purposes connected with order administration, communication, dispatch, delivery, and related operational requirements.
Customers should avoid sending unnecessary personal or banking information when contacting us about ordinary shipping matters.
